Download, extract, play with The Sims 2\The Sims 2 Launcher.exe.
If you're on Windows 10 or older - you need an additional program to extract this archive. Use 7-zip or WinRAR.
This includes the IKEA pack, missing songs and missing Holiday items. I took the missing files from the Ultimate Collection and here.
The Sims 2 Launcher.exe lets you change language and install redists. (If your anti-virus complains about it - that's a false-positive. Here's the source code.)
Don't ask me for help with this game. I provide no support for it.
