Download only what you need. If you have any version of the game installed - skip the base files. If you have some DLCs - don't download them either. This repack can be installed on top of any version of the game!
Download and open interactive-instructions.html, and do what it says. If you're using direct download links it's inside the setup-*.rar archive - extract it with WinRAR or 7-zip.
Note: no-origin-fix-*-ANADIUS.rar is the crack, password is origin-fix. The setup extracts it automatically so don't touch it unless your anti-virus deletes the crack.
