These are some helper tools I made for disabling/enabling/uninstalling DLCs.
dlc-uninstaller.exe and dlc-toggler.exe need the dlc.ini file and they need to be in The Sims 4 folder you selected during installation, the one that has Data, Delta, Game and other folders. NOT the one in Documents\Electronic Arts.
DLC toggler is for the cracked game only! If you have a legit game and use the DLC Unlocker - to disable DLCs use this method.
